1. License Types & Rights Granted
All beats and instrumentals sold on Beatsus are licensed, not sold outright. Rights granted depend on the license tier purchased.
- Basic Lease — Non-exclusive use for demos and non-commercial projects. Distribution cap applies.
- Extended Lease — Non-exclusive commercial use up to the stated distribution cap.
- Exclusive Rights — Full exclusive ownership transferred. Beat removed from store after purchase.
2. Permitted Uses
- Recording original vocals or lyrics over the purchased beat.
- Distributing within the limits of your license tier.
- Uploading to streaming platforms with proper producer credit.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Reselling or redistributing the beat in its original instrumental form.
- Claiming sole authorship of the beat or instrumental.
- Using the beat beyond the limits of your purchased license tier.
4. Producer Credit
All releases must include: Prod. by Beatsus
5. Payment & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not offered once a beat has been downloaded or a license has been delivered.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
